• Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50

We currently ship to most regions except Asia and certain remote locations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

To be eligible for return:

• Item must be in original condition: unused, uninstalled, with all packaging

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these items cannot be returned once unboxed:

• Commercial Food Slicers
• Commercial Potato Peelers & Chippers
• Chilled Milk Dispensers
• Any equipment that has been installed or used

5.4 Return Process

2. Wait for authorization with RMA number and instructions
3. Repack securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our warehouse using trackable service

5.5 Refund Details

• Processed within 5-7 business days after approval
• Issued to original payment method
• Original shipping fees non-refundable
• 15% restocking fee may apply for opened but unused equipment

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1 Manufacturer Warranties

6.2 Limitation of Liability
