Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) for orders over $50
Note: Delivery to Asia and certain remote regions may not be available.

Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original condition: unused, uninstalled, with all packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these items cannot be returned once unboxed:
- Commercial Food Slicers
- Commercial Potato Peelers & Chippers
- Chilled Milk Dispensers
- Any equipment that has been installed or used
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery (use template below)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with RMA number and instructions
- Package Your Item: Repack securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse (address provided in RMA) using trackable service
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect within 3-5 business days of receipt
Refund Details
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return
- Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees non-refundable; 15% restocking fee may apply for opened but unused equipment
Exchange Process
- Specify replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship replacement after receiving and inspecting original item
- Subject to product availability
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items
Damaged or Defective Items
