Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and tags
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Commercial Food Slicers (once unboxed)
- Commercial Potato Peelers & Chippers
- Chilled Milk Dispensers (for sanitary reasons)
- Any equipment that has been installed or used
Note: Damaged or defective items are covered under our warranty policy and will be replaced at no cost.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days) and process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply for opened but unused commercial equipment
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Please specify the replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
