– On the basis of all services being live and suitably terminated to within 1 meter, on a clear ground floor site at pavement level.
– Works to be undertaken during normal business with unimpeded access.

– Adequate provision needs to be available for the safe keeping of the appliances to be installed, as new appliances may be delivered up to 48 hours prior to installation.
– In the event of any services that are not made live in readiness of the installation, an aborted call may be levied, and a return visit may attract further charges.
– Unless otherwise agreed, no provision is made for the disconnection, removal or ultimate disposal of any old/redundant appliances.
– Any drainage routes must be checked in advance of any installation to ensure that the system is running clear without any blockages, this relates to all pipework above and below floor level.
